Happy Canada Day!

Happy Canada Day to our many Canadian readers!

Despite our imperfections, including a glaring lack of effective national leadership at the moment, Canada is a great country worth celebrating today and every day. In these unusual times especially, it’s important to Stand Up for Canada and Build Up our country rather than repeatedly apologizing for it and tearing it down. The way to make Canada even better is to learn from both our achievements and our mistakes.

We are incredibly fortunate to live in this country with the opportunities God has blessed us with. Our success has not occurred by accident. Canadians built a powerful nation through a hard working entrepreneurial spirit and an unshakable commitment to freedom and democracy. We have a cherished history. We’ve had visionary leaders at all levels of society, and of course we must never forget the many brave men and women who fought for Canada and made the ultimate sacrifice to keep our nation free and prosperous.

The best is yet to come.

Enjoy a safe and awesome Canada Day with friends and family.
